So easy + simple! For the Spicy Aioli mix: 1/8 C paleo mayo with 1/8 C plain Greek yogurt, 1 TB liquid aminos, 1 tsp minced ginger, + 2+ tsp Sriracha sauce. It's great on almost anything!

Mom guilt is a THING. A real, raw feeling that most moms feel. As a working mom, I used to have it every. single. moment. I learned along the way that the reality is; you can work and be a mom and be good at both without any nagging guilt. I chat through my approaches to eradicating that guilt, making more time for mommy + me, and how you can share yourself + your roles in your life with your child so they not only appreciate you, but they GET you.
Today I talk through an exercise I performed recently to evaluate, not only my expectations of myself, but my expectations I set in all relationships in my life. Love, family, friend, work...all areas. Do you set high expectations for yourself and then mistakenly hold others to the same? Do you hold all of your friends to the same set of expectations? It can disrupt your mental and emotional health to not sit back and evaluate - I added in some laughs for good measure too:)
