Jaw-Dropping Photos of the Volcano Eruption in Chile

    It's been more than 40 years since the Calbuco volcano in Chile last erupted (1972, to be exact), but today it surged up again, putting the immediate area in a red alert situation. Now this is obviously a serious situation, but so far, no major incidents have been reported.

    So let's talk about how spectacular the sight is, huh? Between the ash clouds tinged with purples and pinks, and the lightning striking columns of lava, it's created quite the spectacle.
